CBT for Lifestyle Management
Learn how to apply cognitive behavioral therapy & mindfulness to everyday life and improve your coping.

Recovery Skills
Open to anyone with a commitment to sobriety, this group is an opportunity to learn new skills and address the barriers in early recovery, common triggers, coping skills, and strategies for avoiding relapse, whether actively using, or trying to avoid relapse.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy provides an opportunity to learn and practice skills in four areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness to help with substance use, depression, anxiety, etc.

 7 Challenges
7 Challenges is a substance abuse and mental health focused treatment for adolescents. Focusing on decision making and harm reduction. Participants will use a combination of talk therapy and journals to address their individual needs.
