Open to anyone with a commitment to sobriety, this group is an opportunity to learn new skills and address the barriers in early recovery, common triggers, coping skills, and strategies for avoiding relapse, whether actively using, or trying to avoid relapse.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy provides an opportunity to learn and practice skills in four areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness to help with substance use, depression, anxiety, etc.
