The Behavioral Health & Wellness Center is a subsidiary of Community Health Services of Lamoille Valley’s (CHSLV), a thriving Community Health Center in Morrisville, VT, which works collaboratively with our medical practices to provide comprehensive and integrated outpatient mental health
and substance abuse treatment.

Our team is growing and we have openings for: a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an interest in working with children and adolescents, and an LICSW/LADC Psychotherapist, or and LICSW with a commitment to obtaining their LADC.
